Specific services, deliverables, payment terms, cancellation policies, image usage permissions, participation requirements, timelines, and product details may be governed by those separate documents.

If there is a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a signed agreement, client contract, waiver, consent form, invoice, or model release, the signed or service-specific document will control.

5. Accuracy of Website Information

We do our best to provide accurate and current information on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all website content, descriptions, prices, availability, timelines, offers, images, or service details are complete, accurate, current, or error-free at all times.

We may update, modify, remove, or correct website content at any time without notice.

Information on this website should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without contacting us directly or reviewing the specific agreement, invoice, or proposal related to your service.

6. Services, Pricing, and Availability

Service descriptions, pricing, collections, packages, session fees, products, offers, and availability may change at any time without notice.

A session date, consultation time, product order, or service is not reserved until the required steps are completed, which may include signing an agreement, paying a retainer or fee, completing an invoice, or receiving written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit availability, discontinue services, change offerings, or decline a booking when appropriate.

7. Payments, Retainers, and Billing

Payments may be required to book or receive services, products, digital files, artwork, coaching sessions, consulting sessions, workshops, or other offerings.

Retainers, deposits, session fees, booking fees, product payments, and service payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases and bookings.

If payment is declined, delayed, disputed, reversed, or incomplete, we may suspend or cancel services, delay delivery, withhold products, or take other reasonable steps to protect our business.

Payment terms may vary by service and will be explained in the relevant agreement, invoice, checkout page, or written communication.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may vary depending on the service booked.

Photography sessions, consultations, coaching sessions, hypnosis sessions, breathwork sessions, workshops, and other services may have different scheduling and cancellation terms.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be subject to availability, notice requirements, additional fees, or the terms of your signed agreement.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or session may result in forfeiture of fees or retainers, depending on the applicable agreement or policy.

9. Photography Services

Photography services may include planning, creative direction, posing guidance, photography, image review, editing, retouching, gallery delivery, artwork design, print products, albums, wall art, digital files, or other deliverables depending on the package or service purchased.

Photography is a creative and artistic service. Final images reflect the professional judgment, artistic style, editing standards, lighting choices, posing direction, and creative discretion of The Imagery Studio.

We do not guarantee a specific number of images, pose, expression, emotional response, confidence result, business result, social media reaction, or exact visual outcome unless specifically stated in writing.

10. Photography Copyright and Usage Rights

The Imagery Studio retains copyright ownership of all photographs, images, edits, compositions, and creative works created by the studio unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Clients may receive personal usage rights according to the package, product, or agreement purchased.

Personal usage rights may allow clients to print, share, or display purchased images for personal use. Personal usage rights do not automatically include commercial use, resale, publication, advertising, branding use by another business, contest submission, third-party licensing, editing, filtering, or transfer to others unless granted in writing.

You may not copy, scan, screenshot, download, edit, alter, crop in a misleading way, remove watermarks, apply filters, sell, license, publish, or commercially use any image without the appropriate permission.

11. Client Image Privacy and Model Releases

We respect the personal nature of portrait photography, especially women’s portraiture, boudoir, maternity, and other intimate or meaningful sessions.

Client images are not sold to third parties.

Client images are not publicly shared on our website, social media, portfolio, advertising, printed materials, studio samples, or promotional content unless permitted by a signed agreement, model release, written consent, or other documented permission.

A model release or written permission may be requested separately from these Terms and Conditions. Choosing not to give image-sharing permission does not affect the care or quality of your session.

12. Digital Files, Prints, Albums, and Custom Products

Digital files, prints, albums, wall art, artwork, retouching, and custom products are prepared specifically for each client.

Because these items are custom, creative, digital, or made-to-order, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Color, brightness, contrast, cropping, and print appearance may vary between screens, devices, labs, materials, finishes, and display settings.

Clients are responsible for reviewing orders carefully before approving purchases, image selections, album designs, artwork designs, or product details.

13. Image Storage and Archiving

We may store galleries, image files, contracts, invoices, communications, and order history for business, legal, archival, and customer service purposes.

However, we do not guarantee permanent storage of client images, galleries, or digital files unless expressly stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for downloading, backing up, and safely storing purchased digital files after delivery.

14. Coaching, Consulting, Hypnosis, Breathwork, and Inner Work Services

Our coaching, consulting, hypnosis, breathwork, somatic, subconscious integration, personal development, educational, creative, and inner work services are supportive, educational, reflective, and experiential in nature.

These services are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed professional services.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or claim to resolve any medical, psychological, psychiatric, emotional, or physical condition.

Participation is voluntary, and you are responsible for your own choices, well-being, self-care, and decisions before, during, and after any session or program.

15. Breathwork and Somatic Participation

Breathwork and somatic practices may not be appropriate for everyone.

You are responsible for informing us of any medical, physical, psychological, pregnancy-related, respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, or other condition that may affect your participation.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating if you have any concerns about whether breathwork, hypnosis, somatic practices, or inner work are appropriate for you.

Breathwork, hypnosis, somatic practices, and inner work may bring up emotions, memories, physical sensations, body awareness, or unexpected responses. You agree to participate at your own pace, pause when needed, and seek licensed support when appropriate.

16. Hypnosis Disclaimer

Hypnosis is collaborative, consent-based, and client-centered.

Hypnosis is not mind control. You remain aware, responsible, and in charge of your choices, boundaries, actions, and participation.

Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medication, crisis care, or licensed mental health support.

Results vary from person to person.

17. Emotional Processing and Client Responsibility

Coaching, hypnosis, breathwork, somatic practices, personal development, and inner work may involve emotional reflection, body awareness, personal insight, and inner exploration.

You are encouraged to share only what feels appropriate and to participate at your own pace.

You are responsible for deciding what to share, what to withhold, when to pause, and when to seek additional support from licensed professionals.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or severe emotional distress, please contact emergency services, a licensed mental health professional, or a crisis support service immediately.

18. No Guarantee of Results

We provide our services with care, skill, professionalism, preparation, and integrity. However, we do not guarantee specific results.

For photography, we do not guarantee a particular emotional reaction, confidence outcome, business result, social media response, personal transformation, or exact image outcome.

For coaching, consulting, hypnosis, breathwork, somatic, personal development, or inner work services, we do not guarantee specific emotional, spiritual, therapeutic, physical, financial, business, relational, creative, or personal development outcomes.

19. Educational Content and Digital Materials

We may offer guides, downloads, worksheets, videos, recordings, courses, workshops, emails, blog posts, social media content, or other educational materials.

These materials are provided for general informational, educational, creative, or personal development purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, teach, modify, upload, share, or use our materials for commercial purposes, public distribution, or AI training without written permission.

20. Testimonials, Reviews, and User-Submitted Content

If you submit testimonials, reviews, comments, messages, feedback, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to share that content.

We may use testimonials, reviews, and feedback for business, marketing, educational, or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise or unless prohibited by law or agreement.

Photography images are handled separately and are not shared publicly without appropriate permission, model release, written consent, or agreement.

22. AI-Supported Tools

We may use AI-supported tools to assist with administrative, creative, editing, marketing, communication, workflow, or operational tasks.

AI-supported tools are not used as a substitute for client consent, professional judgment, medical care, mental health care, or licensed professional services.

You may not use our photographs, website content, written materials, videos, downloads, guides, or other intellectual property for AI training, scraping, dataset creation, image generation, content generation, resale, or commercial use without written permission.
